    Donnie enjoys working in various areas of Nassau County. He has been a primary listing agent for Raydient Places, selling vacant land, and has seen Nassau County grow tremendously over the years.  His main focus is residential homes and condominiums in Fernandina Beach and Yulee.

    Donnie finds it important to sit down with his customers and really get an idea of what they are looking for so that he can help them find the perfect property, as well as, make informed decisions. He will go wherever the customer wants to go and do his very best to meet their needs.  Having so many years of success has realistically opened his eyes to the opportunities to live in a primary home or second home in this area.

    Donnie grew up in Macon, GA and graduated from Mercer University.  He came to Fernandina Beach in 1976 in the field of education and as a varsity high school baseball coach.  He met a young girl native to Fernandina Beach and has been happily married to her since 1988. They have three beautiful children and are now the grandparents of four grandchildren.

    Donnie enjoys the small-town atmosphere that Fernandina Beach provides.  The island is somewhat of a resort community, inviting visitors from all over to come appreciate what he gets to call home.  The ability to meet and work with diverse buyers and sellers is his biggest blessing.
