Hayley Hood is a real estate agent serving Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and the greater Northeast Florida area. Born in Waycross, Georgia and raised in Jacksonville, she and her husband settled in Yulee in 2015 for its strong schools and close-knit community.
As a mom of three boys—including one with special needs—Hayley brings a unique sensitivity to families navigating major life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting special-needs families through the buying or selling process.
Deeply involved in local athletics, her family can often be found at the football field. Her two oldest boys play football and wrestle at Yulee High, and her husband coaches at Yulee Middle. Coastal living is another family favorite, whether they’re boating, enjoying the beach, or grabbing dinner and ice cream in downtown Fernandina.
Hayley began her real estate career in 2024 with a genuine desire to help people find a place to call home. She serves a wide range of clients—first-time buyers, growing families, military relocations, and sellers preparing to list. As a certified Military Relocation Professional, she is honored to assist military families as they settle into the community.
