    Kamie first started in the real estate business drawing house plans in 1988. Kamie did this for several years, until she started having kids and didn’t have time to work outside the home. To continue her passion in real estate, Kamie did some investing in a few rental properties. She also acted as her own contractor in building a house for their family. Kamie took care of hiring the subcontractors & managing all the details. And in 2001, she got her Real Estate License; however, her kids (4 of them) were young and She couldn’t work in a formal setting. Then 2009, Kamie started working in a formal setting. She first worked as an Assistant to a very busy agent. Then in 2011, she started working for ERA as a Full Time Realtor . The real estate market is definitely picking up. Kamie have sold Oceanfront Homes, Foreclosures, Short Sales, 2nd homes, Homes for first time buyers, and lots of condos. She has listed all types of Properties in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island and Yulee. Kamie is Focused, Diligent, and Determined to go above your expectations.
