Katie Diaz believes real estate is about more than transactions, it’s about helping people find where they truly belong. And for her? It’s Amelia Island through and through. After graduating from California State University Fullerton and spending years in corporate accounting and administration, Katie traded spreadsheets for listing appointments. It was her own move to Amelia Island that set that path in motion. In 2022, Katie and her family relocated from Orange County, California, after 30 years there, in search of a slower pace of life for her two children, a caring community, and the coastal lifestyle so many dream about. She bought her own home sight unseen, guided entirely by Kelli Allen of ERA Fernandina Beach Realty, a leap of faith that became the start of both a new life and a new career.

That experience left a lasting impression. Katie went on to become Kelli’s assistant, deeply learning the business from one of the Top Producers in Nassau County and working alongside her on more than 50 transactions (and counting). Now also a licensed Realtor® and obsessed with Amelia Island herself, Katie brings that same hands-on experience, attention to detail, network of connections, attentiveness and genuine care to every client she serves.

Katie is deeply rooted in her faith, pouring herself into an incredible community here and investing in a brokerage with strong core values. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her outdoors chasing every bit of Florida sunshine with her two barefoot kids, running the beautiful trails of Nassau County, or spending hours at the beach with friends enjoying the place she calls home.
