Leslie Landtroop is a realtor in Fernandina Beach, FL
Leslie has been selling real estate since June of 2003. In her experience as a Fernandina Beach realtor, she’s found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to clients’ needs. Her love for her profession has only grown stronger as she continues to do what she enjoys everyday.
Leslie enjoys working in all market segments of real estate. Whether it be new construction homes, resale residential homes, condominiums, or vacant land, she can help! She is always continuing her education to make sure that she is current on market trends, as well as changing interest rates and market conditions throughout the country and how it compares to the local market conditions.
In Nassau County, Leslie works as a transaction broker, which allows her to work as both a selling/listing agent and/or a buyer’s agent, depending on the needs of her client. This affords her the opportunity to be available to both buyer and sellers and help them explore all of the options available to them.
Her favorite part of being a realtor is getting to meet new people, and helping them make an informed decision about one of the biggest purchases of their life. With her history as a paralegal, she pays special attention to details and keeps substantial documentation to ensure a smooth closing process for her clients.
Leslie believes that being a Realtor requires a passion for what you do, along with a passion for where you conduct your business. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Her philosophy is simple: clients come first. Leslie pledges to be in constant communication with her clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. She also believes in keeping in contact with past clients and helping them understand how changes in the market could impact their buying or selling decisions.
As a lifelong Florida resident, Leslie grew up in Jacksonville and moved to Nassau County in 2003. She is the mother of two boys, which has been her favorite job next to selling real estate. Leslie spends her free time with her family, enjoying the local beaches, and supporting the local live musicians in the area.
