Sarah grew up in Atlanta and met her husband while attending the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). They spent a few years in Denver while he was in seminary, then returned to Atlanta before ultimately moving to Fernandina Beach in 2020—and it quickly became home.
Sarah is a proud mom of three (one adopted), and she has a big heart for foster care and supporting local families in need. She currently volunteers with CarePortal, a nonprofit that helps meet real, immediate needs for children and families right here in our community.
Outside of real estate, Sarah’s a beach-loving, warm-weather enthusiast who fully embraces the Florida lifestyle. She’s a lifelong golf fan who has attended The Masters more than 25 times—yes, really! So it’s no surprise Amelia Island’s beautiful courses were a huge draw. When she’s not showing homes or writing offers, she’s probably got her toes in the sand or making memories at Disney as an Annual Passholder.
With a degree in interior design and a background in marketing and event planning, she brings a unique blend of creativity, communication, and strategy to every transaction. She thrives on helping people find the perfect place to raise their families or enjoy a well-earned retirement here in Nassau County.
Sarah also has training in investments and flipping and enjoys working with clients in that niche market. When it comes to listing homes, she puts her planning expertise to work by presenting sellers with a strategic marketing plan at the listing appointment. She believes that a clear game plan and regular communication help take the stress out of selling—and her clients agree.
Sarah loves living and working in Nassau County. The weather, beaches, and great restaurants are perks, but what she treasures most is the community. This island is full of warmth, hospitality, and small-town charm—and Sarah is proud to help others call it home.
