Donnie did an excellent job in the selling process of our townhome in Amelia Island. We were not living in Fl and Donnie had to get contractors to get the house ready for sale as well as items that came up during the due diligence. We had very good traffic and the townhome sold fast and at a very competive price. Donnie also handled the closing since we were not able to be present. I would highly recommend Donnie if you are looking for a very knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor.

We have been researching Amelia Island beachfront vacation homes for 2 years on our own, from across the country. She was energetic, yet patient and thoroughly professional. We narrowed our search to 3 lovely condos. Linda answered all of our questions and concerns, and let us take time to mull over everything on our own, armed with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. Within a few days, she helped us submit an offer on one, which was accepted! As I said before, our lifelong vacation dream became a reality yesterday! Linda makes you feel as if you are her only client. She is also a wonderful resource for anything on the island. We can't wait to get back there to see her, and settle into our new home!

Leslie, was very professional and listen to what type of property. She had a several houses for me to look at and she was always on time . She knew the description of each house. The buying and closing was no stress. She went over each step with me and answered all questions. Leslie was awesome!
