Diana is what all Realtor's should strive to be! Honest,professional and conducts herself with great integrity is how I would describe her. Most of all she is a genuine good human being working in a field that doesn't always show the best character. Most are very driven simply by the money. That is not Diana. Great attitude, professional service. We live two and a half hours away. She went above and beyond by helping us with every aspect. Our house was under contract within 6 days. Then she moved quickly to get us the house we were hoping to get. Could not of asked for more.

My husband and I started working with Deborah long before we met in person. We were in NJ and looking for a home in Amelia Island. She helped us with areas, sent us new listings, and even previewed homes on our behalf. We assured her if the right house came along we'd be on the next plane down there - but she did so much for us on faith as we all know buyers can be fickle!! When we finally got the chance to get to AI and met in-person for the first time, we felt like we knew her for years and we bought a house on that visit! She prepared us so well for what was to happen through closing because she's very experienced and knowledgeable about the business. We followed her recommendations about attys, inspectors,insurance, etc. and everyone was so professional and great to work with. It was a swift, very professional experience. Deborah has a great, flexible approach always providing options and allowing us to make our own decisions. She handled things for us throughout the closing as we were still in NJ, and we feel like we made our first friend in Amelia Island.
