I had done a lot of research on the areas that I was interested in finding a home. Mike did not try to get me to go look at listings that were in areas I wasn't interested in nor try to show me homes that did not fit my wish list. He actually listened. Mike was very prompt in returning my call or text. Not only did it save me a lot of time, but the home buying process was actually pleasant. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable in real estate PHIL TITA is exceptional. Phil has endless energy and oh so patient!!! Phil has a vast awareness of Nassau County real estate and is eager to help find our dream house. We did hear of realtors in Fernandina who do not return calls as if they work sporadically. We are from New Jersey and knew no one in the area..... so we were very lucky when we choose Phil !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Donnie was a fantastic resource for our house hunt on Amelia Island. He spent time educating us on the pros and cons of a house o the north end of the island vs a condo in the plantation on the south end of the Island, and everything in between.

She helped me find my house, which I bought. She also follows up..She has been available for any assistance years after selling me the house for references on work on the house for repair. Has assisted anybody I've asked her for assistance where there was no financial gain but just information..always within 24 hours...You don't find that much anymore..Just an all around great human being and a credit to her business and company...

Let me start off by saying...if you are looking for a Real Estate professional, in the Fernandina Beach, Florida area - Kelli Allen is and has been one of the most professional, compassionate, and caring agents my husband and I have ever worked with. When we decided to put our home on the market, we saw a post card in the mail from Kelli (amongst many others) and immediately knew she was the one for us! During our very 1st conversation on the phone, we both felt that she would do everything in her power to help make the process as worry free as possible...and she did! When she and Doug (her husband, and fellow Real Estate Professional) came to tour our home, they also took the time to pray over our home, and over the entire process (this simple act of kindness and selflessness meant and still means the world to us). The pictures of our home looked like they belonged in a magazine somewhere (made us want to buy our home again!) and the first several days of listing, showings were booked to the max! By the end of the second day, we were able to make a decision amongst several offers, with Kelli's guidance...and guess what! We closed well above our listing price!
