My wife and I were getting ready to down size and retire. We got Donnie's name from a friend. From the first phone call he was very helpful We were hoping to build but we were open to buying a used home. We told Donnie our price point and he went to work he set us up with 2 Builders and began to recommend used homes in the area. Our intent was to go to Florida in a month and buy a house. For that month Donnie stay in constant contact answering questions showing homes and explaining the area. When we finally came down to meet the first Builder Donnie was there to greet us. He spent the day with us showing us new and used homes answering questions and making recommendations. We finally decided to build a new home. Since living in Florida would be new to us Donnie stayed with us while we went through the paper work in case we had anymore questions about living in the area.
