I knew then that Linda was THE realtor I wanted to work with in finding us the perfect 2nd home. We made the trip up in late December with 4 to 5 properties in mind. Linda recommended other available properties that she thought would be a good fit. She also advised us of additional condo fees that were not transparent to us on internet searches. Once we found the perfect property, Linda was wonderful in helping us negotiate the final price. She was always available and would respond to us in a very timely manner. I was able to buy my new home quickly with little to no issues when an issue did come up Joe was quick to help me get it taken care of. He was very helpful with getting all my questions answered.
