I first met Kamie when I responded to a house that was for sale near our house. She didn't know me but responded right away and showed me that house and a few others. I told her that my youngest son and I were looking for an investment opportunity on or near Amelia Island. Kamie continued to show us properties until we found one where our bid was accepted. Kelli handled the sale of a property that, at the moment the sale process was started, was still rented. Things were complicated further as we as owners were not always available. Everything was handled very professionally by Kelli. From dealing with renters who were allowed to use the property for 3 months, to dealing with an unfortunate water leak, to finding a contractor to repair damage, to returning Comcast equipment, to taking care of unwanted furniture, to connecting with family members who stayed at the property while waiting for repairs to start, to dealing with the process around the closing. Highly recommend Kelli to handle/manage real estate transactions.

I really enjoyed working with Phil on selling to problem properties. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the process. He had contacts in all of the peripheral services needed to close the deal: inspections, survey, mortgage lenders, title, etc. He even helped on getting power turned on for inspections by putting his own "juice" into the mix to make it happen.That's dedication!
